Bates Nursery & Garden Center Delivery Agreement

Delivery by Bates Nursery & Garden Center is done on our vehicles, by our personnel. Every effort is made to assure safe and timely delivery with bulk or plants arriving in the same condition as purchased. Delivery is from 3810 Whites Creek Pike, Nashville, TN to one delivery destination. We are fully insured for a tailgate delivery only.  The driver is not insured to move your material beyond that point i.e. through your yard. All materials will be off-loaded from the tailgate of the truck in one spot, accessible by the delivery vehicle on the driveway surface.  Our truck will not be able to drive through your yard. We are not responsible for damage to driveways with finished surfaces. Damage/marking is possible to concrete and asphalt surfaces due to weight of vehicle. Deliveries with overhead structures, cables, and low hanging tree limbs, will necessitate offloading at an alternate spot.  All safety concerns are at the discretion of the delivery driver. We will not unload in unsafe locations.

Blue Delivery Agreement must be signed before the crane arm supports come out.

***Delivery fee is not refundable if the Supersaks cannot be unloaded safely.***
