BLOOMS: Inconspicuous greenish-white flowers in the spring (April). Fragrant.
FRUIT: Produces red drupes in the fall and winter if paired with a male yaupon holly such as Stoke's Dwarf, Bordeaux, Schillings Dwarf, or Will Fleming.
CARE: Use an acid-loving plant fertilizer in the late winter or early spring before the first flush of growth. Prune annually right after blooming if shaping is desired. Blooms on old growth.
