WATER & SOIL: Thrives in dry, rocky, well-drained soils; does not tolerate prolonged humidity or poor drainage. Needs minimal summer water once established.

FLOWERS: Rich purple blooms from summer through fall

Plant Origin: Hybrid

WILDLIFE SUPPORT: Excellent nectar source for local pollinators, but does not serve as a host plant.

FERTILIZING: Generally not required. If desired, apply a layer of organic compost in early spring to support growth and soil health.

PRUNING: Cut back to just above soil level in early spring to encourage dense regrowth. Leaving stems, leaves, and spent blooms over the winter benefits local pollinators and wildlife. Deadhead regularly during growing season to encourage continuous blooming.
